ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case on the complaint dated 16.03.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
3.It is seen that the petitioner's father was allotted a property by the Tamilnadu Slum Clearance Board. After the death of the petitioner's father, the petitioner's brother has obtained the Legal Heirship Certificate from the Tahsildar, Chetpet, excluding the name of the petitioner in the Legal Heirship Certificate and he has occupied the Slum Board Property.
4.In the case of this nature, the police cannot conduct investigation and it shows that the Legal Heirship Certificate has been fabricated or forged by the opposite party. Hence, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Revenue Divisional Officer concerned, for cancellation of the Certificate issued by the Tahsildar, Chetpet, and work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
