This petition is filed to condone the delay of 17 days in filing the above said appeal against the order dated 31.01.2024 made in S.C.No.25 of 2023 on the file of the Magalir Neethi Mandram Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruppur before this Court.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
