The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petition filed by the husband in H.M.O.P.No.63 of 2018 before the Sub-Court, Tirupathur, has been dismissed for default. He has also made an endorsement seeking withdrawal of the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
