This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20340 of 2022 dated 26.08.2022 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in Spl.C.C.No.19 of 2022 on the file of the Special Court for EC/NDPS Act Cases, Salem and the next hearing date is on 20.07.2023.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20340 of 2022 dated 26.08.2022 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Special Court for EC/NDPS Act Cases, Salem, on 20.07.2023 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judge.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
