ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.07.2021 for the offences under Sections ,341,294(b), 323,324,448,506(ii) of I.P.C altered to 326 r/w 34 of I.P.C in Crime No.484 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This is the third bail application before this Court. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant was working in the shop, the petitioners went to the shop and demanded a sum of Rs.300/- from him. When he refused to give the same, the petitioners attacked the defacato complainant with iron rod and caused injuries. Hence, the complaint

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are no way connected with the alleged offence and they have been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioners have been in jail from 23.06.2021. Therefore, he prays to grant bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that there was 10 previous cases pending against the petitioner which are similar in nature. He further submits that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this Court had earlier dismissed the bail for the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11721 of 2021 dated 08.07.2021 and Crl.O.P.No.13937 of 2021 dated 10.08.2021, Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and there are 10 previous cases pending against the petitioner and this Court had earlier dismissed three bail application for the petitioner and there is no change of circumstances , this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
