(Order of the Court was made by N.MALA, J.) This writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus, seeking direction to the first respondent to hear the petitioner and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 03.07.2024, under Section 80-A of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, on the file of the first respondent within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner under Section Section 80-A of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, will be considered and orders will be passed, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 03.07.2024, filed under Section 80-A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
