ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents to register the case on the complaint dated 08.03.2015 of the petitioner for the offences under Sections 420, 120B, etc., IPC and investigate the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

On reading of the complaint, it is seen that about 5 years back, the complainant has given Rs.3,50,000/- to the opposite party for the purchase of the land. It is alleged by the complainant that the opposite party did not sell the land to him and did not return Rs.3,50,000/-. hence, there is no cognizable offence is made out.
