ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 30.09.2014 and to investigate the matter.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner's complaint was closed on the ground that the petitioner did not produce certain documents that were called for by the Police for enquiry. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Police for enquiry and produce all the documents. Hence, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any congnizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
