The learned Advocate Commissioner had filed a memo dated 26.02.2021 which had been presented in the Registry on 02.03.2021. The issue is once again with respect to transferring the amount of Rs.2,09,074.80/- due to the Intervenor, Mr.Kamaljeet Singh. Now, a new account number has been given to the learned Advocate Commissioner and by this memo, permission is sought to transfer the said amount to the said account of Mr.Kamaljeet Singh. The account number is 0615001500014296 in the Punjab National Bank, Dasuya, Hoshiarpur Branch. Permission is granted to the learned Advocate Commissioner to transfer the amount to the said account number 2.Directions have already been given that any balance amount available with the Advocate Commissioner in SB Account No.9445052278 Kotak Mahindra Bank may be transferred to the 11th Intervenor, M/s.Tangar Ship Management Pvt. Ltd.
