Today, the matter is taken up for reporting compliance.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had complied with the condition of depositing Rs.3,00,000/- in para no.5(a) imposed on the petitioner by this Court vide Order dated 24.06.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the petitioner has complied with the said condition of deposit.

Recording the above submissions, this Court grants bail to the petitioner and all other conditions imposed vide Order dated 24.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.14587 of 2024 shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this criminal original petition is ordered.
