Respondents Prayer Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records relating to orders in (1) G.O.Ms.No.241, Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 22.07.2013 of the first respondent to the limited extent of giving retrospective effect to the said order from 01.04.2013 and (2) Government Letter NO.2112/CMPC/2015-1, Finance (CMPC) Department dated 05.03.2015, of the 2nd respondent to the limited extent of direction in para 3 thereof for refixation of pay of Junior Assistant/Typists with degree qualification w.e.f. 23.07.2013 to recover the excess pay, and (3) Pro.Na.Ka.No.2749/2014/A1 dated 26.05.2015 of the 3rd respondent, to quash the same and to issue consequential directions to the respondent sto refund the amount of Rs.22,788/- recovered from the petitioner on 02.06.2015 with interest and to restore his pay as on 22.07.2013. ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and has submitted a letter dated 17.10.2016 to the Registry in this regard. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
