ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15347 of 2020 dated 29.09.2020 to execute sureties.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15347 of 2020 dated 29.09.2020 with some conditions. Since, the father of the petitioner was affected by Covid-19, the petitioner could not comply with the condition within stipulated period.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner shall surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court within two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready. Failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall stand automatically cancelled.
