S.A.No.229 of 2014 & CMP.No.19836 of 2023 Mr.T.S.Baskaran, learned counsel for the petitioner represents that as per the orders of this Court dated 30.08.2023, his client has deposited a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of O.S.No.83 of 2001. The interim order having been complied with, the stay granted is made absolute. The plaintiff will be entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- that has been deposited pursuant to the orders of this Court. Mr.Baskaran has no objection for the said withdrawal.

CRP.No.229 of 2014 & CMP.No.6023 of 2017 This revision arises against an order of arrest. In the said execution petition, Mr.Baskaran represents that his client has paid a sum of Rs.1,25,000/-. In addition, he also deposited a further sum of Rs.1,00,000/- pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 30.08.2023. 2.In fine, the petitioner/appellant has paid a sum of Rs.2,25,000/- out of the total sum of Rs.3,38,460/-.

3.Mr.T.S.Baskaran represents that the appeal itself has been filed is

informa pauperis. But his client is willing to go for Mediation for purpose of attaining a settlement to the matter. 4.Mr.V.Anandamoorthy, learned counsel appearing for the decree holder/plaintiff is also willing for the said course of action. 5.Consequent to the request made by both sides, the matter is referred to the Mediation Centre at District Court, Coimbatore for the purpose of initiating attempts to settle the matter. 6.Registry need not send the original records in the Second Appeal and the Civil Revision Petition to the Mediation Centre. 7.Mr.T.S.Baskaran represents that his client will file the typed set of papers in the Second Appeal as well as the Civil Revision Petition before the Mediator on the date of first hearing. 8.The Mediation Centre, Coimbatore is requested to nominate the Senior Mediator, preferably a person having vast experience from the civil side for the purpose of commencement and conclusion of Mediation.

9.For appearance of parties before the Mediation Centre, Coimbatore, the date that is fixed is 09.10.2023. The Mediation shall commence on that date and shall conclude within a period of 90 days. 10.In case the matter is settled before the said period of 90 days, the report shall be sent forthwith to the Court.

11.In case, the matter is settled, the defendant will be entitled for remission of Court fees that to be paid before the District Court as well as before the High Court. The Mediation is proposed because, if it is settled, the plaintiff would also be entitled for refund of Court fees. 22.09.2023 vs
