ORDER
When the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. 2.The Petitioner in the contempt petition, had filed a writ petition in W.P.No.9613/2013 for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct enquiry on the application of the petitioner to record his name as tenant in Survey No.375/2A. 3, 363/12, 14 and 21 of Iruppali Village, Eadappadi Taluk, Salem District. 3.This Court by order dated 10.04.2013 disposed of the writ petition in W.P.No. 9613/2013, in the following lines : ''Having regard to the facts of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner has been in long possession of the subject property and he has filed an application as early as on 19.04.2006 to record his tenancy, I am inclined to direct the second respondent herein to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 28.
01.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to the petitioner and particularly the land owner/s and others, if any, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.'' 4.This contempt petition is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.9613/2013 dated 10.04.2013.
5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, states that the representation of the petitioner dated 28.01.2013 was considered and an order has been passed by the Thasildar dated 10.02.2017.
6. Since the representation of the petitioner has been considered and an order has been passed by the respondent on 10.02.2017, the same is in compliance with the direction of this Court. Therefore, this Court does not find any disobedience, much less wilful disobedience, of the order passed in W.P.No.9613/2013 dated 10.04.2013.
7.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent reporting compliance, this Contempt Petition is closed. No Costs.
