and R.SAKTHIVEL, J.
(Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) Captioned main contempt petition is at the admission stage.
2. First respondent in the captioned contempt petition is District Collector, Villupuram. This Bench is informed that there is bifurcation of revenue Districts and now post bifurcation, the first respondent is District Collector of Kallakurichi District.
3. Considering the innocuous nature of captioned sub application wherein, prayer is only to amend the cause title and considering that the contempt petition is at the admission stage, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the captioned sub application and we also deem it appropriate to say that the presence of respondent Nos.2 and 3 (private respondents) is not really necessary at this stage. To be noted, we are inclined to issue notice when the contempt petition is listed for admission this aspect will come into play. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page Nos.1/2
