ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.05.2024 for a mutual transfer from Thoothukudi Government Medical College hospital, Thoothukudi to Government Medical College & ESIC Hospital, Coimbatore in pursuance of the mutual transfer sought by the 4th respondent in his representation dated 09.05.2024.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a letter in 2/4

Ref.No.42446/N2/2/2024 dated 14.11.2024 wherein it has been stated that the the petitioner was transferred from Thoothukudi Government Medical College hospital, Thoothukudi to Government Medical College & ESIC Hospital.

3. In view of the above fact that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has been considered by this Court, this Petition has became infructuous and accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. 18.11.2024 Speaking order : Yes/No Index : Yes/No smn To.
