Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition, if any order is passed by the 1st and 2nd Respondents. He has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect.
