Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the revision petition itself is filed for seeking a direction to dispose Section 47 application filed before the learned Principal District Judge, Vellore. Section 47 application is not numbered. The learned trial Judge did not prefer to return it also. Under such circumstances, it may not be possible for the petitioner to produce a certified copy of any order. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that copy application filed by him for requesting the certified copy of Section 47 application, also returned by stating that how the petition is maintainable. 3.

In such circumstances, it is not possible to produce certified copy of the petitioner or any order.

Hence, this petition filed to dispense with the certified copy of Section 47 application is allowed.
