The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that he has returned the papers in June 2018 itself. No other counsel have entered appearance till date. Hence, it is clear that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Therefore, the second appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
