Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not pressing the contempt petition to prosecute as against the respondents. 1/2

2. The learned Government Advocate has submitted that this Court by order dated 29.10.2014 has disposed of the main writ petition and also produced a copy of the final orders passed by this Court in W.P.No. 26707 of 2013 dated 29.10.2014.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Counsels appearing for the parties concerned, the contempt petition stands closed.
