ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 498 - A and 307 IPC in Crime No.13 of 2021 on the file of the respondent seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is the husband of the defacto complainant. There was a wordy quarrel and matrimonial dispute between between the first petitioner and the defacto complainant, due to which, the the petitioner with his mother harassed the defacto complainant and she has been subjected to cruelty and they had attempted to kill her by using pillow. Further, it is alleged that the petitioner forced her to handover the Thali as he was going to get another marriage. Hence, the complainant. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he seeks for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that this is the second anticipatory bail petition. Earlier this court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

had dismissed the anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.No. 12638 of 2021 on 22.07.2021 on the ground that there was some allegations made against him. He further submitted that there is no change of circumstances and hence, he aaaaaaavehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Taking into consideration the antecedents of the petitioner and this Court had dismissed the earlier application filed by the petitioner and also that there is no change of circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
