The learned Subordinate Judge, Arni, Thiruvannamalai District in his letter dated 24.03.2023 states that the case records in connection with H.M.O.P.No.75 of 2021 had already been transferred on the point of jurisdiction to the newly constituted Sub Court, Polur, Thiruvannamalai District on 10.01.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that pursuant to the orders of this Court, again the case was transferred to Mettupalayam and renumbered as H.M.O.P.No.61 of 2023.
