ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Subordinate Court, Ponneri, to dispose of the appeal suit, A.S.No.17 of 2015, within a limited time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. From the perusal of the notes paper, it is seen that the revision petitioners have not taken steps to effect paper publication for R4 and process for R3 is incomplete and records are also awaited by the Appellate Court.

3. Under such circumstances, no direction can be given for speedy disposal. Hence, granting liberty to the revision petitioners to approach this Court as and when necessary i.e. after the completion of service, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
