This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 559 days in representing the above appeal in CMA SR.No.69069 of 2023 as against the final Award passed in MCOP No.1095 of 2015 by the MACT Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, at Perambalur.

2.Taking note of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
