..Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarifide Mandamus, to call for the records of the Impugned order in Na.Ka.No.21990/2017/R2, dated 14.06.2017 issued by the Commissioner, Hindu Religious, Endowment Board, No.119, Uttamar Gandhi Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai - 600 034. The 1st respondent herein and quash the same and directed the 1 to 3 respondents to transfer the Tenancy Right on the name of the petitioner towards the shops No's 6 & 7, situated at Maddox Street, Choolai, Chennai 600 112, which the property belongs to the Arul Migu Srinivasa Perumal Temple as per the allotment order of the Transfer of Tenancy Right, on the name of the petitioner herein vide Na.Ka.No.11415/2010/A3 dated 23.04.2012 passed by the Joint Commissioner of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment 1/3

2. It had been stated that the possession of the property had been taken in E.P.No.3341 of 1993 in O.S.No.1643 of 1992. The consequential orders have also been passed on 17.07.2019 by the IX Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
