This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur by order dated 02.09.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.923 of 2015.

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered a case in Cr.No.7 of 2015 for the offences u/s 120-B, 418, 419 and 420 IPC against four accused, wherein Sethu Subramaniam was arraigned as A4. Sethu Subramaniam filed http://www.judis.nic.in

gms Crl.M.P.No.923 of 2015 before the District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur and the learned Judge was pleased to grant anticipatory bail on 02.09.2015, challenging which the de facto complainant has filed the present petition for cancellation of bail.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.7 of 2015 was completed and charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.378 of 2016, in which, the name of Sethu Subramaniam has been deleted.
