(Crime No.1108 of 2020) Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the bail condition imposed upon him, the petitioner/accused shall report before the Tindivanam Town Police Station daily at 10:30 a.m and 5:30 p.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.15004 of 2020 dated 24.09.2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15004 of 2020 dated 24.09.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the Tindivanam Town Police Station everyday at 10:30 a.m and 5:30 p.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15004 of 2020 dated 24.09.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the Tindivanam Town Police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Station everyday at 10:30 a.m and 5:30 p.m until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandur on the first working day of every month, until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
