This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned revised provisional selection list published by the second respondent dated 28.10.2020 for the post of Physical Education Teachers in Directorate of School Education Department under Direct Recruitment of Special Teachers for the year 2012-2016 and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the Notification No.05/2017, the petitioner has applied for the post of Physical Education Teacher in BCW category and the petitioner was not selected in the same. The main contention of the petitioner is that the Rule of Reservation not properly followed in the provisional selection list. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition. 3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that all the selection process is over and it is pending only with regard to PSTM i,e, Person Studied in Tamil Medium category and the petitioner has not applied under the same.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
