Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. This petition is filed to condone the delay of 633 days in filing the appeal and the appeal has been filed by the claimant, seeking for enhancement of compensation.

3. Learned counsel for the second respondent has not raised any serious objection in allowing this petition, however, submits that the claimant is not entitled for any interest for the delayed period.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the petition, the petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.

5. It is made clear that the claimant is not entitled for any interest for the delayed period.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.R.Sivakumar, as the learned counsel for the second respondent.
