ORDER

The impugned order of deployment passed by the second respondent in Na. Ka. No. 8364 / B6 / 2023, dated 07.06.2024, is put under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that she was appointed as B.T. Assistant in the fourth respondent school in the year 2004. The petitioner had filed the present petition challenging the impugned order of her deputation, declaring her post as surplus. However, the impugned order dated 30.05.2024 which was served on the fourth respondent school on 07.06.2024 and thereafter served to the petitioner, was passed without providing any opportunity either to the petitioner or to the fourth respondent school. Aggrieved by the same, the present petition has been filed.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court had granted an order of interim stay on 22.07.2024. He prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders.

5. Per contra, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the deputation order was accepted by the petitioner and she joined the deputed school and subsequently, deployment order was issued instead of deputation order to the petitioner and in view of the same, the petition may be closed.

6. It is pertinent to note that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the petitioner accepted the deputation order and joined in the deputed school and the deputation order has been modified into the deployment order and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 16-02-2026 Index: Yes/No DP
