Challenging the order, dated 05.08.2010, passed by the first respondent, vide G.O.Ms No. 697 Home (Transport-5) Department, and the consequential order of the second respondent, dated 17.06.2015, made in R.No. 22370/H1/2008, the petitioner has come forward before this Court with this writ petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. This Court, in a batch of cases, viz., in W.P. Nos. 30630 to 30632 of 2015, considered the issue involved herein, and passed a common order on 29.09.2015, permitting the petitioners therein to submit a representation to the Authorities concerned. In pursuance of the same, the petitioner herein is also directed to submit his reply/representation to the concerned authority, within a period of two weeks from today. On receipt of the said reply/representation, the Authorities concerned is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
