ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent dated 30.05.2024, thereby transferred and posted the petitioner from fourth respondent school to TKKMHS, Chinnakangianur, Tiruvannamalai.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in the present petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as Infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
