O R D E R
The present criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner.
2. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that based on the complaint lodged by one Siva, the respondent police are frequently calling the petitioner for enquiry and harassing him. Hence the petitioner has come forward with the present Criminal Original Petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that since a complaint is pending against this petitioner, the respondent police called the petitioner for enquiry and only in order to avoid the enquiry, the petitioner has filed the present petition.
4. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court is constrained to pass the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
(i) The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry.
(ii) The respondents are directed to conduct the enquiry in accordance with law, without harassing the petitioner.
