Respondents, that the Petitioner has to approach the Special Court under the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, where proceedings in C.C. No. 9 of 2011 relating to Paazee Marketing Company and Paazee Forex Trading India Private Limited is pending, for the relief that has been sought in this Writ Petition, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to resort to the same and she has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. It is needless to add here that if the Petitioner is unsuccessful in getting the required relief from that Special Court, it is certainly open to the Petitioner to pursue appropriate remedy for the same in the manner recognized by law. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
