When the case was taken up for hearing on 15.07.2021, there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, the case was directed to be listed today i.e., on 19.07.2021, under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the appellant either in person or through her learned counsel.

2. Accordingly, this Second Appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution for statistical purpose with liberty to restore the appeal as the court proceedings are being conducted through Video Conferencing due to Covid-19. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
