To permit the petitioner herein to be substitued as petitioner in HCP.No.338 of 2026 i the place of the original Petitioner, namely Mr.Arputharaj, who passed away on 23.04.2026 and thus render justice. HCP No. 338 of 2026 To call for the records in detention order No. 153/TNPD/APC/2025 dt. 15.10.2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the body of the petitioners brother Thiru.Joseph Devakumar S/o.Yesa, Male aged about 40 years branded as Goonda and now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Honble Court and set him at liberty and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court.

CRL MP No. 8226 of 2026 To direct the 3rd respondent to grant emergency leave and permit the detenu, namely Mr.Joseph Devakumar, presently detained at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai to attend the 9th day death ceremony (Memorial Prayer Service) of his deceased elder brother Mr.Arputharaj scheduled to be held on 01.05.2026 at No.21,2nd Street, Thiruvenkata Nagar, Thiruninravur - 602 024 arount 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm under police escort for such duration, taking into

consideration of the representation dated 27.04.2026 and pass any order or orders.
