ORDER
Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the complaint dated 06.03.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.133 of 2015 before the 2nd respondent. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 2nd respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
