Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order made in the Inspection Note dated 16.11.2016 passed by the 1st respondent, quash the same and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to register the General Power of Attorney Deed 1/4

dated 16.11.2016 executed by the petitioner in respect of his proportionate share of 1.50 acres in S.F.Nos.296/1A and 296/1B, Naranapuram Village, Annur Taluk, Coimbatore District.
