ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 353, 379,430 and 506(2) of I.P.C in Crime No.365 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution as per the petitioner involved in illegal transportion os sand by using JCP. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that there 3 previous cases pending against the petitioner and the earlier petitioner filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14942 of 2021 dated 23.08.2021, suppressing the said fact the petitioner has filed this petition.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has suppressed the earlier dismissal petition and has filed another application before this Court which is grave in nature. Hence the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- payable to the Tamil Nadu state legal services authority, Chennai.
