The Inspector of Police, S-8 Adambakkam Police Station, Chennai - 600 088 (Cr.No.1210 of 2020) Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 14397 of 2020 by an order dated 16.09.2020 i.e, that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m until further orders.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 14397 of 2020 dated 16.09.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10:30 a.m until further orders

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 14397 of 2020 dated 16.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10:30 a.m until further orders.
