The relief sought in the present writ petition is to quash the order dated 27.10.2016, passed by the Deputy Inspector General of Registration with reference to the resolution passed by the Executive Committee. 2.On account of efflux of time, the resolution lost its relevance and further this Court has directed to conduct an election for the post of Office Bearers of the Society and thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. 3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
