ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13641 of 2020 dated 08.092020 that the petitioner shall stay at Wallajabad and report before the Wallajabad Police Station daily at 10:30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13641 of 2020 dated 08.092020 that the petitioner shall stay at Wallajabad and report before the Wallajabad Police Station daily at 10:30 a.m until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5.

With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
