This application has been filed to permit Mr.Suresh Surana, one of the attesting witness to the Last Will and Testament of late Mr.S.Ganpathlal Jain, to appear through video conferencing mode and offer himself for deposing evidence on the side of the plaintiff's evidence.

2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein and the respondent also has no objection for the application being allowed. This application is allowed.

3.Post the matter before the Additional Master III, where video conferencing facility is available, on 30.07.2024.
