ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.634 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent herein to CBCID, Namakkal.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is completed and a closure report filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode.

Police, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a petition before the Court below to workout her remedy in accordance with law.
4. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
