ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct to call for the records relating to impugned order in No. 1306/SSP (L&O)- LSP/2018 dated 15.09.2018 passed by the 1st respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to permit the petitioner to conduct political meeting at Mettupalayam Junction, Vazhudavur Road, ITI Salai, Mettupalayam.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the date to conduct the political meeting at Mettupalayam Juction, Vazhudavur Road, ITI Salai, Mettupalayam has lapsed and the prayer sought for has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
