..Respondents in all petitions Common Prayer: Contempt Petitions filed Under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 praying to punish the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court dated 11.09.2013 in W.P.Nos.14244, 14245 and 14246 of 2013. For Petitioners : Mr.R.Singgaravelan in all petitions For Respondents : M/s.Rajarajeswari (in all Cont.petitions) Government Advocate COMMON ORDER As against the order of the Writ Court, the respondents have filed writ appeals in W.A.Nos.714 to 716 of 2014, against which the present Contempt Petitions have been filed.

2. When the writ appeals preferred by the respondents are still pending, it will not be appropriate to simultaneously adjudicate the Contempt Petitions.

3. Accordingly, these Contempt Petitions stand closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeals.
