This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the complaint dated 03.08.2016 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that for the same cause of action, one Elango, the manager of a lodge, has given a complaint, based on which, petition enquiry in C.No.284 of 2016 was conducted and the same was closed 23.06.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
