O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14403 of 2020, dated 16.09.2020 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.14403 of 2020, dated 16.09.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14403 of 2020, dated 16.09.2020 is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the responded police first and third Monday of every month until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
