ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 15.09.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.It appears that the petitioner has given a complaint to the District Superintendent of Police (Land Grabbing Cases), Tiruvallur. Hence, this petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned jurisdictional police and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

lodge a complaint narrating the events and upon receipt of such complaint, the concerned police shall take appropriate action in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
