O R D E R

The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No. 9 of 2021 on the file of the Sub-Court, Kangayam to the Additional Sub-ordinate Court, Karur to be tried along with HMOP.No. 2 of 2021.

2.The husband though served, is not appearing either in person or through counsel, duly instructed. In her petition in HMOP.No.2 of 2021, the wife seeks divorce and the husband seeks restitution of conjugal rights in HMOP.No.9 of 2021. Even in the petition filed before the Sub-Court, Kangayam, the husband has shown the address of the wife as at Puducherry but the wife would submit that she is a resident of Kodathur Village, Karur District.

3.Considering the convenience of the wife, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed, HMOP.No.9 of 2021 is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

withdrawn from the Sub-Court, Kangayam and transferred to the Additional Sub-ordinate Court, Karur to be tried along with HMOP.No.2 of 2021 pending on its file. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
